3. Booking and Reservations
a. Booking Process
When submitting a request for a tour, transfer, accommodation, or other service:
You must provide accurate and complete information.
Your booking is subject to availability and confirmation.
A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm services.
b. Pricing
All prices are quoted in the currency specified and are subject to change without notice. Once a booking is confirmed, the agreed price will not change unless there is a change in itinerary or requested services.
4. Payment Terms
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods. Full payment may be required in advance depending on the service. All payment details are securely handled by our third-party payment partners.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
a. Client Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the notice period:
30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees
15–29 days: 50% refund
Less than 15 days: No refund
Custom or third-party services (e.g., hotel bookings, special event tickets) may be non-refundable, as per their individual policies.
b. Provider Cancellations
If we cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.
6. Changes to Bookings
Changes to your booking must be requested in writing. We will do our best to accommodate modifications, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
7. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering health, cancellation, lost luggage, and other risks. Morocco Exclusive is not responsible for any loss, delay, injury, or damage incurred during your trip.
8. Liability Disclaimer
While we take every care in arranging services, Morocco Exclusive cannot be held liable for:
Acts or omissions of third-party providers
Personal injury, property damage, or loss
Delays, accidents, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, political unrest)
Clients accept full responsibility for their participation in activities and assume all associated risks.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and videos — is the property of Morocco Exclusive or its partners and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.
10. Personal Data
Our collection and use of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
